Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the GoRecorder app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
GoRecorder lets you record your screen, take screenshots, edit videos and photos, and stream live to services you choose. The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Your content and your responsibility
- You own the recordings, edits and streams you create. We do not claim any rights to them and we do not receive them.
- You are responsible for what you record, stream and share. Only record or stream content you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy and the law where you live.
- Do not use the app to record or distribute content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or records other people without their consent where consent is required.
- Some apps and video services do not allow their screen or sound to be recorded. Android may block such content, and the app cannot bypass that.
3. Third-party services
When you go live, sign in or share, you use services operated by others, and their own terms apply:
- YouTube: by using the YouTube features of GoRecorder you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
- Facebook: Meta Terms of Service and Facebook's Live policies.
- Twitch and custom servers: the terms of that service.
These services decide whether a stream is allowed (for example, account age, follower or channel requirements) and may mute, limit or end streams under their rules. GoRecorder is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Facebook, Meta or Twitch.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to break any law or third-party rule.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Recording, editing and streaming depend on your device, Android version, storage and internet connection; we do not guarantee that every feature works on every device or that recordings will never be lost. Please keep backups of important files.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content, followers or income, arising from your use of the app or of third-party services.
7. Privacy
How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
